Some information on attending our practice:

  • We wish to make your visit as pleasant as possible and we welcome nervous patients. Should you have any concerns regarding any aspect of your visit please call us in advance so we can discuss this with you.
  • We provide dental treatment on a private basis.
  • As a courtesy we are happy to assist you with receipts and paperwork for PRSI exam coverage or for any Private Insurance Company you may have a policy with.
  • We will endevour to see you at your appointment time, however due to the unpredictable nature of dentistry delays are unfortunately unavoidable at certain times. For your comfort, and to ensure you can be relaxed regarding time during your visit, we would recommend that you book your appointment times with at least one hour of leeway prior to any other commitments. We will always endevour to keep delays to a minimum and to keep you informed should a delay arise.
  • We accept payment by debit/credit card, cash or cheque and payment is due at the time treatment is provided.
  • Prior to any treatment we will provide you with a fully costed treatment estimate.
  • We respectfully ask for at least two working days' notice in the event that the time you have reserved with us no longer suits and you wish to reschedule, and we will always endevour to provide the same notice to you in the unlikely event that we would need to change your appointment.
  • We understand how busy our patients are, and so we offer an email reminder one week in advance, and a text 3 working days in advance of your appointment to which you simply reply 'OK' to confirm attendance. Should you not wish to receive these reminders please let us know and we will deactivate them for you.
  • Some dental treatment is tax deductible via a Med II form. We can advise you on whether any of your treatment may be eligible once you have received a treatment plan.
